Yoga for Stilettos

If you ask any other Yoga Instructor what the common benefits and success results are for their students, often times you will hear peace of mind, increased flexibility, weight loss, increased strength, and much more. Today after my morning yoga class at Bamboo, one of the ladies shared that yoga classes has helped her ankles so much that she can wear high heels again. It was too cute! Ironically, another one of my private clients had mentioned to me that she shared the same experience. Since she has been practicing with me, her strength in her legs allowed her to wear heels for the first time in years. So add that to your list of reasons to take up Yoga.
